By using Start7Games or any of our individual game sites, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
Each game is a one-time purchase. Buy a single game and you unlock unlimited play of that game. Buy the bundle and you unlock all seven games. There's no subscription — pay once, play forever.
When you purchase, Gumroad emails you a license key. Treat it like a password — anyone with the key can unlock the game on any device. If you lose it, you can find it again at gumroad.com/library.
Refunds are handled through Gumroad. If you bought a game by mistake or had a technical issue, email us at ingrid@start7games.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll work something out. Refunded license keys stop working — that's automatic, not a punishment.
Our games are for fun and entertainment. We're not therapists, doctors, or researchers. We make no claims about cognitive benefits, memory improvement, mental sharpness, brain training, or health outcomes of any kind. Play them because you enjoy them.
Games run in your web browser. They don't require downloads or installs. They work offline once loaded. You can add them to your phone's home screen if you want them to feel like an app — that's optional and free.
We do our best to keep the games working and the sites up, but we're a small operation. The games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If a site is down or a game has a bug, please let us know — we'll fix it as quickly as we can.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Start7Games and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the games. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us.
If we update these terms we'll change the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
